The Ultimate Day website is owned and operated by The Drinkaware Trust. At The Drinkaware Trust we respect the privacy of every individual who visits our website. This statement describes the information that we may ask you for, and the ways in which we may use that information. It also tells you how you can check that information about you which we keep is accurate and how you can instruct us to erase this information from our files.
Information about you
In order to submit an entry to The Ultimate Day competition or to enter the weekly prize draw, we will ask you for information about yourself. We want want to know your e-mail address and we also ask for your telephone number, but this is not compulsory. We will not collect any information about you without your consent. However, if you do not provide your email address you will be unable to participate in those promotions.
Our use of this information
We will use your personal information to administer The Ultimate Day competition and the weekly prize draws.
In addition, we would like to use the information you give us for marketing purposes (for example to tell you about other Drinkaware initiatives). We will not share this information with any third party, other than those necessary for administering the competitions. By ticking the 'opt in' box (marked “I would like to receive news updates from Drinkaware”) on your submission form you are giving your permission for your information to be used in this way. We may contact you via email, SMS (text message) or by phone. All email communication will contain a clear link to enable you to 'opt out' from future communication should you wish to.

The Drinkaware Trust will take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of information you give us. Agents or contractors of The Drinkaware Trust who have access to information which you give us in the course of providing services to The Drinkaware Trust are required to keep that information confidential and are not permitted to use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services which they are performing for The Drinkaware Trust.
